Posted February 2009 An Evening With The Mannings  The new Convention Center in downtown Jackson will host the third Evening with the Mannings on June 27. Eli and his father Archie will again mingle with guests during the black-tie gala, which will feature live and silent auctions, a live band and special guest Emeril Lagasse. "We are so glad to have Emeril return for another year. He really adds flair to this event and we are so excited for this year in the new Convention Center," said Sara Ray, chair for this event. Eli is continuing his pledge to raise $2.5 million to open the new Eli Manning Children's Clinics at Batson Hospital.
